1/26/2010 - Veterans' Memorial Application/Donation

A Veterans' Memorial Monument will be constructed in the Civitan Park. Donations for the construction of this Monument are being solicited by the Trussville Historical Board from interested persons, businesses, or groups. Anyone wishing to have a Trussville area Veteran's name inscribed on this Monument may do so for the cost of the engraving ($100.00). An application is available for download see attachment above.
The information needed (1) NAME OF THE VETERAN, (2) BRANCH OF SERVICE, (3) VETERAN'S RANK, (4) WAR OR CONFLICT (5) AWARDS SUCH AS PURPLE HEART, MEDAL OF HONOR, (6) DID VETERAN DIE IN COMBAT? (7) DISCHARGE DATE, (8) CONTRIBUTOR'S NAME.

CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN ONCE THE FUNDS ARE RAISED.
